Sessions are cases, not slogans. Speakers are chosen because they still do the work, not because they fill a slide.
Invite with a reason
Guests get a short brief: why this room, who else is coming, and what we will not cover. No mass-mail theatre.
Notes, not noise
After the day we send a recap and next steps. The product is what people can try on the next shift.
How we judge ourselves
Usefulness over volume
We do not publish borrowed attendance numbers. We care whether the room was the right size and the brief was kept.
