BizSpeak respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you visit this site, fill a form, or register for a programme. If you do not agree with it, please do not use the site. We may update this page; the date below is the latest version. Continued use means you accept the update.

What we collect
Information you give us. Name, work email, phone, organisation, designation, city, and any notes you type into a form. You do not have to provide this, but we cannot complete a registration or reply without it.
Information collected automatically. Browser type, device, pages viewed, and approximate time of visit. This helps us keep the site working and understand which programmes people look at.
Payment data. If a programme requires a fee, card details are handled by a payment processor. We keep only what we need to confirm a booking.
How we use it
- To register you for an event, send joining notes, and host you on the day
- To answer enquiries about speaking, partnership, or on-site programmes
- To improve the website and our programmes
- To send relevant updates when you have asked to hear from us
When we share it
We may share information with service partners who help us run events (venues, email, hosting, payment). We may disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect people and property. We do not sell guest lists as a product.
If you interact in a public forum on a future platform, other users may see the name and activity you choose to show.
